♡ Standard AnPost delivery takes 3-5 working days and is not tracked.♡ Tracked Express Post takes 1-2 working days and is tracked.♡Please allow for extra working days during busy periods eg: re stock, new releases or sale.
♡Orders placed before 12noon will be processed & shipped on the same business day. Orders after 12 noon will be processed & shipped on the next business day.
♡Orders are delivered on working days Monday - Friday
RETURNS♡ If for any reason you do not fall in LOVE with your Pippa Bow, you may exchange within 7 days of receipt. The item must be in brand new condition, unwashed and unworn.
♡Customers are responsible for return / exchange shipping charges for all returns.
♡There is a no return / refund on sale items.♡ Should you wish for your order to be gift wrapped. Please send us an email on hello@littlebowpip.com or leave a note in the "order note" box in your check out window & we would be delighted to add a personalised note to your package.
